Can you get sleep in Fredericksburg VA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Fredericksburg Virginia. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Rose quartz desk (yes, I have a Rose quartz desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.
I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Fredericksburg Virginia that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.
It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying Melotrex lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 200 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.
Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Virginia are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a van while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.
